We are very proud of our staff at IPF, many of whom have been with us for several years.
Currently there are 50 of us working here, comprising of 20 Financial Advisors, 6 Trainee Financial Advisors, 5 General Insurance Advisors, 7 Administrators, 2 Marketing Executives, our Office Manager, a Senior Sales Manager and two Partners. It is our company policy to promote from within and 18 of our Financial Advisors have come through our Entry Level/Career Path Programme.
IPF don’t want to be the biggest, we want to be the best.
That is why we put such resources into our staff. Each employee here is on a ‘Career Path’ programme that steps them through the qualifications and skills they will need to become top professionals in our field. We aim to build up to 30 Financial Advisers and 10 General Insurance Advisers over the next two years.
